We
apply the same high standards to all facets of care provided to residents. As a critical
component of this, our food and beverage service offers choice and variety, prepared fresh
in on-site kitchens at all facilities.
A range of kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, is employed to prepare cuisine that
is nourishing, tasty and enticingly presented. Our Consultant
Dietitians address individual dietary, nutritional and cultural needs and can provide a
variety of meals, including diabetic, low fat, high fibre, gluten free, low or high
protein, vegetarian and vegan meals.
Rotating menus provide a variety of choices both at each meal and within each menu cycle.
Menus are reviewed regularly in consultation with dietitians, residents and their
representatives.
Another significant component in residential care facilities is our dedicated laundry
service, provided in each of our facilities. We have invested in the latest industrial
washing and drying technology for efficient, hygienic results. Access to non-industrial
washing facilities and dry-cleaning facilities is also available for the convenience of
residents.

ECONOMIES OF SCALE
Currently, the Group offers
full-service provision to over 4,150 residents each day. This involves the preparation of
some 12,450 meals per day, 7 days a week, and the handling of more than 35 tonnes of linen
and personal clothing on site daily.
We have been successful in striking a balance between our critical mass and our ability to
provide an individualised service. The economies of scale made possible by such an
extensive network allow us to optimise affordability and choice in our provision of
services.
