Financial Services
The Financial
Services division is equipped with customised information
systems to manage the Groups payroll, accounting and internal audit functions.
Through a centralised function operation, the Group achieves significant
economies of scale in the areas of taxation, finance, management accounting and audit,
purchasing and payroll matters.

The Groups Information Tech nology division is at the forefront of the aged care
sector, employing leading edge business processes and valuable, cost effective and
reliable management tools. Sophisticated technology empowers all levels of management to
monitor and manage the performance of individual facilities across multiple locations.

Maintenance Services
The Groups Maintenance Service consists of a skilled team of tradespeople on call to
deal with the repairs and maintenance issues. Maintenance staff are qualified to provide
immediate solutions to plant and property emergencies as well as attention to day to day
maintenance requirements at the Group's many facilities.
Project Management and Design
The group operates an in house project management and design team consisting of
qualified archi tects and skilled CAD system users. The team's management skills are
applied to projects from inception through to project commissioning and maintenance.
Expertise includes design, docu mentation and contract admini stration for capital
projects, ranging from minor refurbishment to the design and construction of state of the
art residential care facilities.

Human Resources division handles career development and management issues for all
