Administration


The Moran Health Care Group business operations are centrally located at the National Trust listed Moran House in Bridge Street, Sydney. The Operations division  oversees the Group’s high and low care facilities.   A highly qualified professional team addresses accreditation, catering, administration and operational and aged care devel opment issues.

Financial Services


The Financial Services division is equipped with customised information systems to manage the Group’s payroll, accounting and internal audit functions. Through a centralised function  operation,  the Group achieves significant economies of scale in the areas    of taxation, finance, management accounting and audit, purchasing and payroll matters.

Information Technology


The Group’s Information Tech nology division is at the forefront of the aged care sector, employing leading edge business processes and valuable, cost effective and reliable management tools. Sophisticated technology empowers all levels of management to monitor and manage the performance of individual facilities across multiple locations.

Maintenance Services


The Group’s Maintenance Service consists of a skilled team of tradespeople on call to deal with the repairs and maintenance issues. Maintenance staff are qualified to provide immediate solutions to plant and property emergencies as well as attention to day to day maintenance requirements at the Group's many facilities.


Project Management and Design


The group operates an in house project management and design team consisting of qualified archi tects and skilled CAD system users. The team's management skills are applied to projects from inception through to project commissioning and maintenance.
Expertise includes design, docu mentation and contract admini stration for capital projects, ranging from minor refurbishment to the design and construction of state of the art residential care facilities.


Employment Relations


The Group is committed to healthy industrial  relations based on its compliance with current workplace legislation, policies, procedures and statutory obligations. The Human Resources division handles career development and management issues for all staff across the Group. The Moran Health Care Group believes that all staff, irrespective of their position, play a vital role in the provision of the services provided.
